In spring you can start on foot directly from our apartment and do some nice hikes and walks and observe the fascinating natural show and enjoy the first spring herald on the meadows, the fascinating colours contrasts and the wonderful days with the first warm sunbeams.
In summer the magic world of the Dolomites, an enchanting natural scenery and countless hiking trails at varying degrees of difficulty will be revarded with unforgettable summits and breathtaking views over the diverse natural landscape of the Unesco World Heritage Site, are waiting to be discovered. Who instead prefer to explore the Val Gardena on two wheels he offers numerous mountain bike routes and fast downhill trails.
In autumn marks the beginning of the golden season, which appeals with its wonderful displays of colour of the larch forests, the peace of nature and the more then ever clear sky. The walk of the old railway line of Val Gardena, that are located next our apartment, is suitable for a peaceful autumnal walk to enjoy the autumn of the thousand colors.
In winter, the skibus that are at few minutes on food, takes you straight to the numerous ski slopes of the Dolomiti Superski Carousel, with the legendary Sellaronda or also to the Seiser Alm, the vast infinity of Europe`s largest mountain plateau, to take walks and enjoy the incredible panorama, the mountain world of the Dolomites.

By car:
The simplest way to reach Val Gardena is to follow the Brenner Motorway A22. Coming from north, follow Innsbruck-Brenner-Chiusa. Coming from south, follow Verona-Trento-Bolzano. Take the „Chiusa/Val Gardena“ exit. After about 19 km, along the panoramic road SS242, following the road signs to „Val Gardena/Grödental“, you will reach S. Cristina in Val Gardena. If you use a GPS navigation system insert the follow address: Val 12.
